Non-Cook Estimated 2018 Township Factors

2015 was the quadrennial reassessment year for the 5 collar counties surrounding Cook County.  During year 2016, 2017 and 2018 these assessments have been or will be adjusted by local “factors” that adjust assessments up or down (usually up) because of inflation in local property values.  The collar county assessing officials report that 2018 factors will range from negative 2% to positive 13% depending on the township, but most are expected to be in the 4% to 7% range.  If you would like to see the projected 2018 factor for your township click here.
